• Scheduling and managing the free discovery call you book through the website, including creating the event in our calendar and sending the invitation.

We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling (art. 22 GDPR).

• Email notification delivery: Resend, Inc. (USA), under Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Messaging: WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta group).
• Hosting and CDN: Lovable / Cloudflare, Inc.

Where any of these providers involve international transfers outside the European Economic Area, these are carried out under the appropriate safeguards provided by the GDPR (Standard Contractual Clauses or European Commission adequacy decisions).

As the data subject, you may exercise the following rights at any time:

• Access, rectification and erasure of your data.
• Restriction of and objection to processing.
• Portability of your data.
• Withdrawal of the consent given.
• Not being subject to automated individual decisions.

Our services and activities are aimed exclusively at people over 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
